• WVS demo request: your full name, company name, work email, phone number (optional), role (optional), warehouse environment, the WVS features you are interested in, and any message.
• Property submission: the owner's or representative's name, company (optional), email, phone number, property location, property type, building or land area, current condition, additional notes, and any photos or documents you choose to upload.
• Technical data: when you submit a form, our servers process your IP address to protect the website against spam and abuse. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Please do not include sensitive personal data (for example health, financial account, or identity document details) in form messages or uploads.

We use the information you provide to:
